Subnautica has sold over 5 million units

The deep-sea survival title has exceeded an impressive milestone.

Indie-Studio Unknown Worlds Entertainments Open-World title for survival under water sunautica has exceeded a remarkable milestone on sale. After the game was fully launched in January 2018 after more than three years of premature access in January 2018, more than 5 million units were sold worldwide on all platforms.

The Studio confirmed GamesIndustry This Subnautica has sold a total of 5.23 million units in the PS4, Xbox One, Steam and Epic Games Store. This does not include free downloads for the game while giveaways.
