The deep-sea survival title has exceeded an impressive milestone.
Indie-Studio Unknown Worlds Entertainments Open-World title for survival under water sunautica has exceeded a remarkable milestone on sale. After the game was fully launched in January 2018 after more than three years of premature access in January 2018, more than 5 million units were sold worldwide on all platforms.
The Studio confirmed GamesIndustry This Subnautica has sold a total of 5.23 million units in the PS4, Xbox One, Steam and Epic Games Store. This does not include free downloads for the game while giveaways. For example, in March 2019, the game was available for free in the Epic Games Store for two weeks and has been downloaded 4.5 million times during this period.
Subnautica is currently available for PS4, Xbox One and PC. In the meantime a continuation titled _Subnautica: Below Zero, _ is also currently entered in the development and in fact about one year in early access.
