LOL PARCH 11.17: Minireworks for Akshan, Amumu, Lucian and Viego, Skins Crime and Phoenix City

After the corresponding fortnight we are here with a new patch for League of Legends. The Riot Games Moba reaches patch 11.17 after two weeks of experiments and adjustments in the PBE, the League of Legends test server. On this server, the appropriate changes have been applied so that tonight, when the new version of the gaming client arrives, do not explode anything.

We are talking about an update full of content, especially what we call balance. A total of 13 champions have concrete changes, while another 4 will revolutionize much of their skills with more similar adjustments to a minirework.
