Persona 5 Scramble is a direct continuation of persona 5, the development is 90% completed

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers - the upcoming action roleplay by Koei Tecmo and Omega Force - is not just a spin-off in the style of Dynasty Warriors.
